Return Policy

At Liam & Sophie Sydney, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may register a return only after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
• Trying on is allowed; wearing is not.
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Register your return via info@liamsophiesydney.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.
4. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund

After the item is received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
