These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website of Liam & Sophie Sydney, reachable at info@liamsophiesydney.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information

We strive to describe products accurately and keep information current; typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed after full payment is received. Available payment methods may vary by location. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

4. Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days (subject to destination and carrier)
• Delivery estimates are guidelines only; delays outside our control may occur.
• Customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Risk and Title

Title passes on dispatch. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage after a carrier’s tracking shows delivery to that address.

6. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate Return Policy for all conditions. Nothing in that policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the ACL, we exclude warranties not expressly stated and limit liability to the remedies provided under the ACL or, where permissible, to repair, replacement, resupply, or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, photos, logos) is the property of Liam & Sophie Sydney and may not be used without permission.

10. Complaints

Submit complaints to info@liamsophiesydney.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also seek assistance from the ACCC or NSW Fair Trading.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
